Some visitors/customers of Gingeru choose to communicate with us in ways that require us to collect personally identifiable information. The amount and type of information we collect depends on the nature of that communication, such as marketing, recipes or product questions.

Gingeru does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Gingeru, and you have the right to data portability.

We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. Gingeru would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority.
