As you would expect from us, we do our best to handle your order to your satisfaction. Should you unexpectedly not be satisfied with your purchase, you can make use of our return policy.

Right of withdrawal

• You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order.

• After withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the products to us.

Conditions for returns

• Only unopened trays and products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.

• Opened or damaged products cannot be returned.

• Returns must be sent back well packaged and with the order number.

Costs

• The costs of return shipping are at the customer’s expense, unless Bee&Cee Foods delivered an incorrect or damaged product.

• In that case, we will cover the cost of the return shipment.

Refund

• Once the return has been received correctly, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the account used for the order.
